In the run up to summer, BMN (Banco Mare Nostrum) and Casaktua have launched a new initiative, which will run up until 31st July, offering some 1,500 properties for sale throughout Spain at bargain prices, with discounts of up to 60%.
These properties, reported property portal idealista.com, are both residential and non-residential, and comprise 832 homes with an average surface area of 91 m2; 195 business premises of around 118 m2; 34 warehouses of 1,286 m2; 240 garage parking spaces of 20 m2; 84 storage units of 8 m2, and 180 plots of land for building a home, with an average area of 1,190 m2.
The selected properties are located in Andalucía, the Balearic Islands, Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia, Asturias, Valencia, Murcia, Madrid, Galicia and Aragón. The regions with the greatest number of properties on offer are Catalonia, with 421 properties, the Balearic Islands with 401 properties, Valencia with 261 and Andalucía with 206.
With regard to prices, the average cost of the homes for sale is 82,500 euros, while for business premises the average price is 81,500 euros; for warehouses it is 241,000 euros; garage parking spaces, 7,000 euros; storage units, 3,400 euros, and an average price of 66,700 euros for the building plots.
For housing, the regions of Murcia and Valencia are highlighted as being two areas with good portfolios of real estate with reasonably affordable average prices, of 68,000 and 68,400 euros, respectively. Moreover, the homes available for sale in these Mediterranean coastal areas have an average surface area of over 95 m2.
